Pancake Recipe
Combine dry ingredients:
1/2 cup of almond meal
1/2 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup of flaxseed meal
1/2 cup of vanilla protein (I used Hemp & Whey by Biochem)
Combine wet ingredients:
5 egg whites
1/4 cup of unsweetened soymilk
Mix two together. Use nonstick pan spray and pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter into pan. Makes 8 – 3inch pancakes. Top with fresh fruit, unsweetened Greek yogurt and some honey for a decadent breakfast. Freeze them individually and heat up in toaster over then spread almond butter on top for a quick power breakfast. Cook egg white omelette and place between two pancakes to make a pancake sandwich for a super protein meal. The possibilities are endless!
