Mine, you ask... my happy place is right after a sweaty workout, eating a clean meal and resting in the sun. On a daily basis this is my happy place and at that very moment everything is really really good.
I close my eyes, take deep breaths and do an internal “click” like I am taking a screenshot of that moment. I store it and I come back to it as much as I can throughout the day.
